How do I access my Nimbus account?

You’ll create a Nimbus account during the checkout process when purchasing your product. To log back in, visit this link and sign in using the login credentials you created at purchase.

How do I update my payment method?

Login to your Nimbus account and click on the "Payment Methods" tab on the left-hand side. From there, you’ll see the option to update your payment information directly on that page.

How do I see a recommendation made by the provider?

You can view your provider’s recommendation in the Recommendations tab of your Nimbus account. Your order(s) will typically arrive within 5–7 business days after you accept your treatment recommendation.

How will I know when it’s time to refill?

You’ll receive an email with a refill intake form when it’s time to refill. Please complete the form, as we cannot ship your next dose without it.

How do I update my shipping address?

Login to your Nimbus account and go to the My Profile section. From there, you can update your shipping address, which will be applied to your next shipment.

Can I return my Nimbus prescriptions or supplements?

Due to legal restrictions, our prescription medications and supplements can't be returned or refunded. Please contact support@nimbushealthcare.com with any questions.

As part of our prescription process, every patient is required to review and accept their subscription recommendation before starting their subscription. During this process, patients are informed about the terms and conditions of our service, including our no-refund policy. By accepting the subscription recommendation, patients acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the understanding that refunds are not permitted once a prescription has been approved and processed.
