Are Nimbus services covered by health insurance?

Most products and services offered by Nimbus are eligible for payment through FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account). While Nimbus Healthcare services are not typically covered by insurance, patients can submit receipts to their insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on their policy and procedures. We recommend contacting your insurance provider for specific details about reimbursement and coverage options.

How do I get started as a patient?

  • Complete a Health Assessment
    • Start by filling out the comprehensive online health assessment tailored to the products or treatment program you’re interested in. This helps us understand your goals and medical history.
  • Connect with a Provider
    • After submitting your assessment, you’ll have an asynchronous virtual consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who will determine if treatment is appropriate for you. Please note: Lab testing may be required for certain programs prior to your consultation.
  • Receive Treatment
    • Your medication will be conveniently shipped directly to your door with detailed guidance.
  • Ongoing Check-ins
    • You’ll have regular virtual check-ins and access to your patient portal for continued support and progress tracking.

Nimbus providers and services are not intended to handle medical emergencies. If you’re experiencing symptoms of a medical emergency, please call 911, contact your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care center.
