Personalized Care Starts With a Conversation

Welcome to the – Nimbus Healthcare Help Center

HairNow

How do I get started?

HairNow starts with a personalized DNA test to identify your genetic predisposition to hair loss and understand your unique needs. Based on your results and a health assessment, a customized treatment plan is created that may include topical solutions, supplements, or other therapies. Your progress is monitored regularly to adjust the plan for optimal results.

How does the Nimbus Hair DNA Test work?

The Hair DNA Test evaluates key factors that influence hair health, including hair growth regulation, inflammation, hormone activity, blood circulation, collagen production, and vitamin and mineral metabolism. You’ll collect a simple cheek swab sample at home using the kit provided. After sending the sample back to the lab, your provider reviews the detailed results to tailor a treatment plan designed specifically for your unique genetic profile.

What should I expect during the treatment process?

You’ll receive your personalized treatment products along with instructions on how to use them effectively. Follow-ups are scheduled to track progress, address concerns, and make any needed adjustments to your plan.

What happens if I stop treatment?

If you discontinue your HairNow treatment, you may gradually lose the benefits gained, such as hair regrowth or slowed hair loss. Hair loss can resume because the underlying causes are often ongoing. It’s best to discuss any treatment changes with your provider.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary by individual, but improvements typically begin within four to eight months and continue to develop over 12 to 18 months. If treatment is discontinued, symptoms or conditions may gradually return over several months due to the natural progression of the underlying issue. Consistent use as directed is important to maintain the benefits.

Will I experience hair shedding when I start using minoxidil?

It’s common to notice some hair shedding within the first few weeks of starting minoxidil. This is normal and usually temporary. If shedding lasts longer than four months, talk to your doctor. For a detailed explanation, watch Dr. Rahil Roopani’s video here: Watch the video.
