Care through the Patient Programs is provided by licensed clinicians who are authorized to practice in the state where you are located. You can read more in the Telehealth Informed Consent.
Pharmacy choice and license information
Prescriptions may be filled by Lake Hills Pharmacy. You may choose another pharmacy at any time, and your clinician will send your prescription to the pharmacy you choose where the law and the pharmacy permit. Lake Hills Pharmacy license information is published at lakehillsrx.com/licence.
