Where is the Rest of My Medication — I Purchased a 3 or 6-Month Subscription?

Rest assured, you are not missing any portion of your prescribed medication. We have correctly dispensed the first fill of your subscription. We do not dispense the entire subscription amount at one time, but rather in scheduled increments as part of our fulfillment process.

You will receive a refill questionnaire automatically around day 20 of your treatment. Once completed, the doctor will review and send in your new prescription to be shipped out to you.
