I Ate Breakfast / Brushed My Teeth Then Started Saliva Collection — Should I Start Over?

Yes — start again the next morning. Rinse the tube with warm water, air dry, and collect within 20–30 minutes of waking.

Should I Avoid Using Non-Prescription (OTC) Anti-Aging Cream Before I Take a Test?

Yes — discontinue anti-wrinkle creams at least 3 days before collection. You may use baby-safe moisturizers in the meantime.
