Yes, you can cancel your WeightWise subscription. How cancellation works depends on your plan.
1-Month Plan
There is nothing you need to do to stop your 1-month subscription. Simply do not complete your next refill check-in and you will not be charged or receive any further medication. Your account will go Inactive on its own, and your treatment history is saved if you ever want to restart.
If you would like to formally close your account, you can contact us at support@nimbushealthcare.com or through the Messages tab in your portal.
3 and 6-Month Plans
Because you have committed to and paid for a full plan term, your subscription continues through the end of the term you purchased. Future renewals will stop — you will not be automatically charged at the end of your current term if you cancel.
Mid-term cancellations with a refund are considered on a case-by-case basis
NimCore and HairWise: You can cancel at any time through your patient portal under Subscription Settings.

WeightWise — No Pause Option
WeightWise does not have a pause feature. If you need to take a break, you can cancel your subscription. Your account and treatment history are saved, and you can restart at any time.
WeightWise — Restarting After a Break
If your WeightWise account has gone Inactive or you cancelled and want to restart:
Within 6 months: Purchase a new subscription and complete a refill check-in. A full intake is not required.
More than 6 months: Purchase a new subscription and complete a full intake, including updated ID verification and a new body photo. This is required for your clinical safety.
