What to Expect After Signing Up
Welcome to Nimbus Healthcare. Here is exactly what happens after you complete your registration and payment.
Step-by-Step Timeline
- Provider review (24 to 48 hours) — A provider will review your intake form and medical history. If eligible, a WeightWise treatment recommendation will appear in your patient portal. It can take a couple of hours for the recommendation to show up after it is created.
- Accept your treatment plan — Log into your patient portal, review the recommendation, and accept your treatment plan.
- Medication ships (within 5 business days) — Once accepted, your medication ships from an FDA-approved sterile compounding pharmacy. You will receive a FedEx or UPS tracking email.
- Welcome call — A Nimbus team member will call you to make sure you have everything you need. If we miss you by phone, we will follow up over email.
- Refill questionnaire (around day 21 to 30) — You will receive a questionnaire to check how your body is tolerating the medication.
- Monthly refill cycle — Complete the refill questionnaire and accept a new recommendation each month to continue receiving your medication.
Important: Your medication will not auto-refill. You must answer the refill questionnaire each cycle to receive your next dose.
Texas Patients
Texas patients follow the same process. Your first refill reminder arrives at Day 21 instead of Day 30.
