How to Update Your Shipping Address

Updating Your Shipping Address

To update your shipping address, please email support@nimbushealthcare.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your patient ID or email on file
  • Your new shipping address

Important

  • Address changes cannot currently be made directly through the patient portal
  • Update your address well before your next refill to ensure it ships to the correct location
  • If a shipment is already in transit, the address change will apply to the next one

For WeightWise Patients

Since medication shipments are tied to your refill cycle, the best time to update your address is before you complete your refill questionnaire. This gives the team time to update your records before the next shipment is processed.
