Medication and Warm Weather

Storage Guidelines

  • Store your medication in the refrigerator upon arrival
  • GLP-1 medications should be kept at controlled refrigerator temperature (36 to 46 degrees F)
  • Do not freeze your medication

During Shipping

Nimbus ships medications with appropriate packaging to maintain temperature during transit. However, if your package is left outside in extreme heat for an extended period:

  1. Inspect the packaging when you receive it
  2. If the medication feels warm or the cold pack is fully melted, contact support before using it
  3. Email support@nimbushealthcare.com with your order details

Tips to Protect Your Shipment

  • Track your package and plan to bring it inside promptly
  • If possible, arrange for delivery when someone is home
  • Consider using a delivery locker or asking a neighbor to collect it on hot days
Do not use medication that may have been compromised by heat. Contact support and we will coordinate a replacement.
