Shipping Overview
Your compounded prescription ships from one of our FDA-approved sterile compounding pharmacies.
Timeline
- Processing: Medication ships within 5 business days after payment is received or after you accept your treatment recommendation
- Delivery: Please allow 5 business days from the ship date to receive your package
- Total: Expect up to 10 business days from acceptance to delivery
Tracking
- You will receive an email from FedEx with a tracking number when the package is shipped
- You can also check your shipment status through the patient portal
What is Included
Your order will include:
- Your prescribed medication
- All necessary medical supplies to administer the medication (syringes, alcohol swabs, etc. for injectables)
If Your Package is Late
If it has been longer than 5 business days since your tracking number was provided, please email support@nimbushealthcare.com.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your package is delivered (only applies for Nimcore men).
