Yes, our services are eligible for HSA/FSA payment. Please check with your plan to determine eligibility and any additional documentation needed.

⚠️We can only provide a letter of medical necessity (LMN) from our WeightWise provider(s) for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Insurance

No, we do not accept insurance. All payments are out-of-pocket.

Split Payments

We are unable to split payments between two different credit cards. The full amount must be charged to a single payment method.
