How Refills Work
Your medication will not auto-refill. You must complete a refill questionnaire for your provider to review before your next dose ships.
WeightWise Program
- You will receive a refill questionnaire automatically each month (around day 23)
- Once completed, your provider reviews and sends in your prescription
- Medication ships within 5 business days after provider approval

Important
- You must answer the refill questionnaire to receive your next dose
- A physician reviews your responses for adverse effects before prescribing
- Once you accept the recommendation in your portal, medication ships within 5 business days
How to Complete Your Refill
- Check your email for the refill questionnaire link
- Click the link or log into your patient portal
- Complete the questionnaire honestly, including any side effects
- Wait for your provider to review (24 to 48 business hours)
- Your medication ships within 5 business days after acceptance
