Nimbus offers two WeightWise programs depending on where you are in your weight journey:

Core Program — Active Weight Loss

Full-strength compounded GLP-1 designed to regulate appetite and stabilize blood sugar for effective weight loss.

You'll receive a monthly refill questionnaire automatically. Complete it and your doctor ships your next fill within 5 business days.

Sustain Program — Weight Maintenance

A microdosing approach for patients who have reached their goal weight and want to maintain long-term metabolic balance.

Refill questionnaire is sent automatically around day 40 of treatment.

Typical Sustain Doses

• Tirzepatide: 20 units (2mg) weekly; lower option of 10 units (1mg) available
• Semaglutide: 20 units (0.5mg) weekly; lower option of 10 units (0.25mg) available
