How It Works
- Your treatment is personalized based on your DNA profile
- Formulas are compounded without PEG (polyethylene glycol) for a more scalp-friendly experience
- Medication ships monthly on a subscription plan
How to Apply
- Ensure your scalp is completely dry
- Massage the medication into your scalp in the affected areas
- Do not use it like a styling product because that keeps medication on hair shafts instead of the scalp where it needs to be
- Apply once daily for the first 3 months
Application Tips
- Some patients prefer to apply before bedtime and wash hair in the morning
- Others prefer to apply after showering
- Choose a time you can commit to consistently each day
Progress Tracking
At the 3-month mark, upload your progress photos. A provider will assess treatment efficacy and recommend changes if necessary.
Subscription
HairWise is a monthly subscription. You may pause or cancel at any time. If a check-in is needed before additional refills, you will receive communication in advance.
