- Go to the Nimbus patient portal login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Follow the instructions sent to your email
- Create a new password and log in
Update Email Address
To update your email address, contact support@nimbushealthcare.com. Email changes cannot be made directly through the portal for security reasons.
How do I update my shipping or billing address?
You can update your shipping and billing information at any time directly through your Nimbus Patient Portal. To ensure your next shipment is routed correctly, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your portal and select the "My Profile" tab.
- Enter your new details in the shipping or billing address fields.
- Save your changes by clicking the "Update Profile" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.Note: For added peace of mind, we recommend notifying our support team after you've made a change. This allows us to manually verify that your new address has synced correctly with our pharmacy partners before your next order ships.
💡Tip: Update your shipping address well before your next refill ships to avoid delivery to the wrong location.
